In 2018 this initiative will run from Ascension day (Thursday 10th May) to Pentecost (Sunday 20th May) & beyond!

Around the region there is much ecumenical activity:

In Fakenham they are having a joint service on Sunday 20 May followed by a picnic at 1 pm in St Peters garden if fine, in the parish church if wet.

In Mattishall their prayers will be built around the usual pattern of daily morning prayer at 08.30h (09.30h on Saturday)

In the Quidenham area including Banham, Old Buckenham, Wilby & New Buckenham:

Every day 10th-19th they have 7am-7.30am prayers at St. Mary’s Banham – led by people from different churches on different days according to their own customs.

Saturday 19th May 7pm – New Life Church bring: Elevate, a dance company to the Banham Community Centre.
Then ‘regular’ church again on Sunday 20th

  • All Saint’s Old Buckenham 9.30am, Banham 9.30am,
  • New Life Church 10am Banham Community Centre,
  • Methodist Church Old Buckenham 10.45am
  • Quidenham and New Buckenham 11am

Sunday 20th May 4pm Messy Church St. Mary’s, Banham – exploring prayer and asking the Spirit to come.

On Saturday 26th May 2018 at St Faith’s Church, Gaywood, there will be prayer stations all day 8.30am-8.30pm.  There will also be prayer services at 8.30am, 10am, 12noon 2pm, 4pm, 6pm & 8pm.  All will be most welcome.
